Liquid Silicone Diaphragm, also known as Silicone Diaphragm, LSR Diaphragm Seal, Rubber Membrane, Diaphragm Sheet, Membrane Valve, which is flexible silicone rubber sheet that placed in a certain device works as a sealing to prevent unwanted transimission of substances, which usually works at low pressure flow control application to control liquid, air etc.
Liquid Silicone Diaphragm is made of high purity, clean and tranparent food grade & medical grade liquid silicone by liquid injection molding or silicone trasnfer mold. While for some rubber Diaphragm seal that do not have high material safety requirement or dimension tolerance demands, compression molding is enough for production.
