Silicone Elbow by compression molding can achieve mini parting line and tolerance can achieve to ±0.5mm, the mold tool cost is cheap than liquid injection molding.
Silicone hose connector by Liquid Injection Mold tolerance can achieve 0.05mm and with good and tiny parting line. And compared with compression molded silicone elbow, liquid silicone injection molded silicone elbow connector has higher safefy, can meet 100% medical grade, for medical areas use elbow/ tubing connectors, liquid injection molding is a better choice. While the mold cost of LSR injection mold is much higher than compression molding, if the material safety requirement is not very strict, compression molding is enough.
Silicone Elbows Connector types:
45 Degree Silicone elbows, the angle of the bend is either 45°, which contains a molded bend (the elbow) and provide excellent flexibility.
