Liquid Injectiob Molding(LIM) is also called Liquid Silicone Injection Molding, LSR Injection Molding, Silicone Injection Molding & Liquid Injection Molding, which is used to produce liquid silicone rubber products by injection machines, not like traditional silicone rubber compression machines, and which is more precise, safer, and with highly effeciency.
Liquid Silicone Rubber Molding produces silicone baby nipples, silicone baby bottles, silicone rubber seals & gasket, electric connectors and medical silicone mask in Large, Medium and Small sizes.
Injection Molding Process:
The raw materials go through A and B tubes into the machines and the control system will mix the raw materials and the mixed materials will flow into heating and cooling channels separately. There is a heating insulation board to insulate the heat.
Two forming ways of LSR Injection Molding: Vertical and Horizontal
Horizontal moulding machine: with horizontal code mold, easy to achieve automatic production.Horizontal direct pressure clamping ensures the clamping force be steady and equally distribution.
Vertical silicone injection molding machine: with vertical mold, standing frame mold, requires manual pick and place products, such as Insert molding. Vertical clamping, vertical injection. Space-saving compact design makes the product take-out more convenient.
