FVMQ Check Valve
FVMQ Check Valve is a type of check valve (one-way valve) with a core sealing component made of Fluorosilicone (FVMQ, FSR) Rubber or Fluorocarbon Rubber (FKM, FPM, Viton), shaped like an umbrella or mushroom. It controls unidirectional fluid flow through elastic deformation. FVMQ Check Valve offers excellent oil resistance, high- temperature tolerance, and chemical stability, making them widely applicable in automotive fuel systems.

FVMQ Check Valve Structure
Mushroom Shaped Diameter: bigger than one-way valve holes
Hook Height: same to plastic & metal panel's height
Stem Diameter: same or maller than assembly holes
Outside Diaphragmatic Surface: EDM process or texture surface for dust proof
Inside Diaphragmatic Ring Edge Surface: Polish or high-polishing for sealing function
FVMQ Check Valve Design Guide
FVMQ & FKM valve seal usually has undercut design structure, which should be made of material with high tensile elastic manuafctured by three-plate mold for avoiding damage when ejected valve from mold. But FPM & Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) material don't have so excellent high tensile property compared with Silicone Rubber material. When we design the valve, we usually make larger radius around the undercut for helping easier demoulding.
FVMQ Check Valve Working Principle
Forward Flow: Fluid/Air pressure lifts the disc off the seat, allowing flow.
Reverse Flow: When pressure drops or reverses,the disc returns via gravity or spring force, sealing against the seat to prevent backflow.
