BVM Intake Valve

BVM (Bag Valve Mask) Intake Valve includes three umbrella valves(mushroom seal valve) with different diameter. These valves are non return one way valve which are made of medical grade silicone, and function as gas intake and air inlet check valve. Air intake valve connects to oxygen reservoir bag directly and prevents oxygen from refluxing back into the reservoir. BVM Intake Valve is a critical component of manual resuscitators, responsible for controlling the intake of ambient air.

BVM Intake Valve Functions

Allows air/oxygen entry: Opens during bag release to draw in ambient air or oxygen for the next ventilation cycle.

Prevents gas leakage: Closes during bag compression to ensure unidirectional flow toward the patient.

Adjusts oxygen concentration: When paired with an oxygen reservoir, enhances FiO₂ (fraction of inspired oxygen).

BVM Intake Valve Assembly

BVM (Bag Valve Mask) intake valve is a critical component that ensures proper airflow during manual resuscitation. The assembly procedure for BVM intake valves is as follows: First, properly insert the silicone umbrella or duckbill valve into the valve housing, ensuring the flap orientation aligns with the airflow direction. Then securely fasten the valve membrane using a retaining ring or compression cover to prevent displacement.

      If contact with fuel oil or hydraulic fluid, the best choose fluoro silicone or other oil-proof synthetic rubber
