Liquid silicone rubber(LSR) platinum-cured silicone has been the most popular material in global silicone market.
In medical device market, LSR already plays a dominant role in surgical tools and equipment, particularly because of its biocompatibility.
Also, in electronics area, such as wearables and other personal electronic devices, using LSR in manufacturing, especially with the movement to ruggedize these devices, combine fashion and function and enable them to be used in previously prohibitive environments.
However, there are many LSR common problems during liquid silicone rubber injection production, so how to analyse and solve the problems is very important. Followings are some common problem lists, reasons and solutions to share with you:

LSR Production Common Problems & Solutions

                                                                           The Hardness of Liquid Silicone Rubber Products is Incorrect
Temperature and curing time                                                                                      Increase temperature(measuring with a thermometer)
